All images must conform to the following:
- Once images have been entered into club competitions, they cannot be reentered into any future club competitions except for the immediately following month of December when one image can be reentered into the Recycle Bin category.
- During a given calendar year, a member may enter into at most two (2) competitions (that is, into one or more of the categories used in that particular competition evening) without attending the meeting. After that, the member will not be eligible to compete if they are not in attendance for the competition.
- All images entered into competition must originally be captured by the entrant. Printing, slidemaking and other acts of preparation of the final image, including retouching, may be performed by others but only under the clear direction of the entrant.
