Our Meetings

The Desert Camera Club hosts two monthly meetings (except for July and August):

FLASH: Note new dates, locations for meetings below: Regular Club Meeting The Regular Club meeting is now held the fourth Tuesday (note changed day of the week) of each month at 7pm. It is the general Club meeting where we hold our competitioms and feature guest speakers. We meet at St. Margaret's Church (Karns Hall) about 1 mile up Hwy 74 in Palm Desert from Hwy 111. The church is on the righthand side at Haystack. St. Margaret's Church Karns Hall 47-535 Hwy 74, Palm Desert Driving Directions Generally the December regular meetings is held a week or two weeks early to avoid conflict with the holidays. In 2006, the meeting the regular meeting will be on December 19.

DIPSIG (Digital Photography Special Interest Group) Meeting DIPSIG meets at 6.30pm on the second Tuesday of each month. The meeting features talks and demonstrations of how to use image processing software and on advances in digital photography. DIPSIG meets as shown below. It helps to bring a laptop and power cord, but that is not necessary. You can obtain more information from dipsig@cvdcc.org.
